Whenever I do aerobics I gain weight immediately, like the next day and as much as three pounds. I have read that too much cardio can make you gain weight, but this seems like too much and too quick so does anyone know what could possibly be going on?

My question is can chronic yeast infections cause a white “cluster” of rough almsot skin tag looking thing on your vagina? I dont think it is a std but idk. the patch is small. the cluster is completely white, not flesh colored. ive looked at herpes and gential warts pictures and my patch doesnt look like it. it feels like rough and hard. but you can feel the indiviual bumps on it. i dont know, i want answers before the 15th. positive feedback please, i dont sleep around ive lived with the same person for years.

it could be hardened pus trying to immerse out of the skin. Chances are its a result of a yeast infection. It should be treated as soon as possible if its that bad.

- Pullups – max reps or pull-downs – 10
- Hanging Knee up

Run, bike, walk, swim etc
Tuesday & Friday
- Legs and Love Handles
Repeat 4-5 times
- Walk, bike or jog 5:00
- Stretch legs
- Squats – 20
- Lunges 10 / leg
- Left crunches – 25
- Right crunches – 25
- Hip rollers – 10/side
- Stretch abs / lowerback
Cooldown walk or bike
5:00 / stretch
Wednesday
LONG Cardio Day
- 45-60 minutes of walking, running or combination of the two
- Or biking, swimming, elliptical gliding machines
The running/walking isn’t an issue but when it gets to like the Monday repeat 5-10 times. I run/walk/stadiumstep for 30 mins every day 7days a week, and I am not going to remove that from my regiment.
Are they expecting a straight 10 repeats of 20 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 dips, 20 rev. crunches, max pullups, max hanging knee ups and abs/lowerback streches?
W/ the 1.5 min wait between each set of that (not counting how long it actually takes to the do the exercise) you are looking at 1.5X10 (pushups) + 1.5×10 (crunches) + 1.5×10 (dips) + 1.5×10 (crunches rev) + 1.5×10 (pullups) + 1.5×10 (hanging knee ups) + 1.5x 10 (stretch).
That’s 1.75 hours of wait time between each set. another 1 min for each set gives you 1.16 hours + 30 min cardio + warm up stretch and other time between each set.
They are listing at least 3.5 hours or straight workout….
Am I looking at their schedule wrong or is that what they are expecting 5 days a week?

I am a female, 23 yrs old, 5’3 and 122 lbs….my body looks thin-average….but I need to shape up my trouble zones
(belly, waist, arms, back, legs, face) and firm up my butt and breasts (32 DD) but not lose weight from them
I am an hourglass shape….but I would like to slim down a little bit and really FIRM the flab in my trouble zones…but not become EXcessively thin…just firm and perfect in a bikini or a tiny dress… :$ …
example of my diet:
-Breakfast: Boield Egg + glass of low fat milk
-Snack: Apple + baby carrots
-Lunch: steamed Basmati rice with cooked vegetables and beef/chicken/fish…
-Snack: Clementine
-Dinner: Tuna…

- I started 2 weeks ago to go to the gym 5-6 days a week and I do an hour of cardio (like jogging, cycling, arc training, floating) not so sloww…within my heart rate range….(around 170bpm)

PS: I talked to a trainer abt this goal….she said she will be setting a program for me to follow….but I need to know if I will be seeing a difference in a month if am dedicated…although I have this Basmati rice…around (2 cooked cups)….but its all the carbs that I have in the day….and not daily….and how much cardio do I need to do….is 1 hour good enough??

I am a 14 year old girl and I’ve gotten my period a few times over the years, but never regularly. I have a chest wall, but even if I didn’t they would probably still be uneven. One breast is about a cup size and a half larger. My left breast has a significantly larger nipple than the other. Also, my left breast has more stretchmarks than the other. I also have slight scoliosis. [I don't know if these details are important or not, but you never know]
I am very self conscious about this and it annoys me to no end. I wear a wire bra that makes them look more even.
Ok, so I was wondering: are uneven breasts really unattractive? I was thinking about getting breast augmentation when I’m older, but I’m phobic of surgery haha xD

My weight is really out of control. I weigh almost 300 pounds, 19 years old and 5’5”. I know I am very obese. Well Ive always been overweight but I couldn’t control it until I got on the drill team in high school. But now that I’m out of high school and in college, it has been so hard to eat regularly and exercise right. Right now I live in a bad neighborhood so I don’t feel comfortable running ANYWHERE around here and I have such a busy schedule between school and work that I dont have much time to eat the “normal” 5-6 small meals a day. Usually I eat two big meals a day and rarely eat breakfast and I know I should
. I dont know what to do really. So what would be a better way to lose weight faster and wont guarantee that I will gain it back just as fast right away. In the past, I was jump roping and/or jumping jacks but i don’t know if it worked because I stopped. I used to work out to dvds but there were not fun so i stopped. i did, however, start exercising to this Latin dancing cardio dvd called core rhythms Latin cardio jam and it worked very effectively but I lost the DVD. So right now, I just really need so guidance. Really it just my stomach that is a MAJOR problem so I need to fix that. do you have any suggestions, anything will help. I need to lose 30 pounds by august and 60- 75 pounds by the end of the year. Anything will help, thanks.

and i weigh 140-145lbs =[
in december..i was 173lbs..which is concidered obese..so i freaked out..i heard the longer u let ur weight sit the harder it is to get off when ur older..
Well i started skipping all the junk food all the soda.and tried getting excerise in there too…
and yeah now im 140lbs…
Still trying to lose weight..but now much happier coz im only a tiny bit overweight according to my BMI calculator im basically going into normal now..still need to get to maybe..125lbs…

anywayz i know how it feels i have no self confidence..and still dont rilly..but i feel a little better..

I’m 4’11 and weigh 110 and I would like to be 100 again. I’ve lost 5 pounds already, but I am stuck at 110! All I did was diet, so I am adding cardio and hoping to lose more weight. I’m kind of doing the Special K Diet, but I slip off that sometimes…
Breakfast: 1 fist of Special K Berry Cereal and a glass of orange juice
Snack: Apple or Peach or Banana
Lunch: Special K Protein Bar
Snack: Special K Fruit Crips and another piece of fruit
Dinner: Nights when I work I usually eat a Michelina’s Lean Gourmet meal. Tonight I had a salad, some nights it’s pasta, meat with potatoes and veggies. It depends.
Snack: 100 Calorie pack of some sort
I only drink water for the rest of the day and usually consume around 800-1000 calories depending on what I eat.
I’m starting to do 5x a week cardio exercises on the urban rebounder trampoline for about 30-45 minutes.
What do you think of my diet? What should I change? Also, how much weight can I lose by sticking with this plan? Any other healthy snack ideas? Please help, thanks!
BTW I can’t afford to prepare healthy diet dinners every night I’m a struggling college student with bills to pay! Any cheap suggestions are welcome though
