Acne is a type of condition which induces pimple. Bad spots develop when follicles of hair beneath your skin block up. Almost all zits appear around the face, the neck and throat, back, torso and shoulders. Everyone can get acne, but it is frequent in teens and young adults. It’s not serious, yet it can cause marks.

Wow, no, no, and no. The no-carb diet is complete and utter crap, and it’s extremely unhealthy. I don’t know who called this an “acne” diet but your acne will clear up just by going vegetarian. If you meant “Atkins” diet, again, this is an extremely unhealthy diet. The body NEEDS carbohydrates. Even bodybuilders, who rely extremely heavily on protein, know to consume about double the amount of carbs as they do protein. Carbs aren’t the devil. You need carbs to help you digest the protein and to give your body energy.
I know you think it’s a cute little quick fix, but there’s just no such thing. I lost about 100lbs in about 10 months and even though I was an omnivore at the time and trying to put on muscle mass, you better believe I consumed double the amount in carbs as I did protein.
As long as you stick to regular ol’ natural food, you’ll be fine. It’s all the candy and processed white bread that are “bad” carbs.

Nuts and nut butters are a good source of protein but high in calories so you may have to watch that. There are alot of good protein shakes too. Some are high in carbs though so read the label. A really good brand of protein powder is Isopure zero carb.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lime juice, lemon juice, sugar, salt, garlic, cilantro, cumin, and black pepper. Season to taste with hot sauce and chili powder.
Pour olive oil dressing over vegetables; mix well. Chill thoroughly, and serve cold.

The only reasons to be on a high protein no carb diet is for some rare cases of epilepsy or for an allergy food elimination diet (temporarily) In both of these cases you need to be under the guidance of a doctor. Otherwise it is dangerous. Too much protein damages the kidneys, bones and dehydrates your body. Not enough carbs and fat starves your body and can damage your brain, eyes, digestive system and more.
Try cutting out dairy, see what that does for your acne. It’s safer and more likely to work. Make sure your eating green veggies, nuts and legumes for calcium instead.
