that’s 140 days. im doing this to see if i can surprise my fokes when they get back from scotland.
i currently weigh 204pounds thats 93kg. im 5″11 and ill be doing 8 hours of cardio/weights per week whilst not piging out and eating enough to keep my metabolism up. no sodas or anything.

2 pounds a week is about all you can safely loose: more than that, and you can put your body into famine mode, where everything you eat is turned to fat and your health falls apart.
So in 20 weeks, you can safely loose 40 pounds– but do you need to, really? that would put you at 164, which is too lean for a 5’11″ guy unless you have a small frame.
To loose a pound, you have to burn 3500 calories more than you eat, 2 pounds is 7000 calories, or a deficit of 1000 a day: that’s a LOT, frankly. Certainly not impossible, but harder than you might think– maybe you should consider a goal of one pound a week, which would certainly mount up after 20 weeks!

These guys were a LONG ways away, so this was taken with the Sigma 150-500mm @500mm with the Kenko Pro 300 2x teleconverter…that’s 1000mm (1500mm 35mm equivalent) at 1/160 sec. shutter speed, then I cropped it approx. 25%. Of course I had it on a tripod, but the lighting wasn’t very good. Considering everything, it didn’t turn out too bad.

When I first heard the name of teh Mobile MIM iPhone app, it made me
remember the Disney villainess extraordinaire, "the Magnificent,
Marvelous, Mad, Madam Mim." However, this is about as far away as you
can get from Disney villians, and is more than likely to prove a
pivotal innovation that saves rather than destroys and paves the path
for a whole new era of medical tools.

Here is a brief description of the Mobile MIM in their own words:
"Mobile MIM is a medical imaging tool which displays scans from
multiple modalities (imaging systems) such as CT, MRI, X-ray,
Ultrasound, PET, and SPECT. Mobile MIM also fuses images from hybrid
PET/CT scanners, where two types of images are acquired at the same
time, to show different information (anatomic and metabolic) overlaid
and blended together."
In this context, MIM is actually short for Medical IMages. Ah, that
makes a lot more sense, doesn’t it?
Although this tool is entirely innovative enough all by itself, what
really makes it particularly significant at this point in time is that
this is the first iPhone app approved by the FDA for use by clinicians
in diagnosis.

While this is the first, it sure isn’t going to be the last, and it
isn’t as if the FDA gave a "full steam ahead" rating. The app is
intended for clinical use only in circumstances where a full
workstation isn’t available. Seems like a reasonable limitation, but
we’ll see how that actually works out in day-to-day applications. In
the meantime, there are an unbelievable many many thousands of apps in
healthcare available, with more waiting for approval, including others
from the same company that design the Mobile MIM, with cardiac, neuro
