BUT its better if you space the cardio out 5-7 hours from weights…to prevent muscle catabolism…if you must than go do it but yeah

with loosing 80 pounds i GUARANTEE you that 10-20 of that was muscle mass
you cant just loose 80 pounds of fat
and cardio after weightlifting has a negative effect…plus you cant gain muscle and loose fat at the same time its physically impossible, why do you think bodybuilders go on cutting and bulking phases? cutting to loose as much fat as possible to be as lean as they can and bulking to pack on the most weight and muscle they can
you cant do both its either one or the other…and more muscle does turn you into a fat burning machine, but you have to HAVE muscle to do so…and it only works when cutting…since gaining muscle you have to be on a freak diet to get it
meaning carbs, protein and fat all the time and way more than 3500 calories depending on your weight
and you should NOT eat white bread under any circumstance, or pasta unless it is whole grain
after you workout drink gatorade plus whey around 75 grams of protein…alot better for you its full of sugar and carbs, which you need…
and you dont really need carbohydrates before
just eat something…protein fat dont matter as long as its healthy

i learned it from life, my brother WHO is a lean 260 pounds and 6’0…and i hate those magazines there a waste of money i only buy them when i want supplement reviews, also ive lost 55 pounds in 2 months, and most of it was fat…from strict dieting, weightlifting and cardio BEFORE weightlifting
and also one more thing son your body will go into a catabolic state if you do cardio right after, if you dont drink whey right after you weight lift and then go strate to cardio
cuz guess what? your body needs something to repair itself and it needs the amino acids/protein in it so it can otherwise itll be running off of absolutely nothing…after your done its a crazy process for your body and it consistently is burning calories 3 hours after you leave…meaning itll go into a muscle burning state NOT a fat burning state if you do that, basically its the dumbest thing someone can do besides get your heart beat up to high or have improper form with freeweights
if you do cardio BEFORE you can just drink the whey when your done and be over with it…your body will be happy
if you want the least bit of muscle you cant be like that

I would work up to 40 minutes. Get a doctors OK to start working out and walk or mix jogging and walking for 30 minutes. Actually working on muscle mass is a better way to loss weight than running and eating is about 80% of it. But if you want to focus on running 30 to 40 minutes, 4-6 days a week.

The Paleo Diet was ranked 24th by experts in nutrition, problem is there were just 24 in the list for review, which means The Paleo Diet came in LAST place, the worst diet of all. –Yes, the Paleo Diet was found deficient, pseudo-scientific nonsense made to appear like it was scientific, and the Paleo Diet lost and landed in last place as the worst. This is also a reason why crossfit has become the laughing-stock of the athletic and fitness world, akin to the shake-weight of fitness. Or the mullet. Crossfit fitness centers often have what’s called a "puke bucket" lying around. They like to claim this as somehow being proof that their workouts of little light burpees and things is ‘so tough’ but really it’s just because crossfit people start eating the Paleo Diet and it tastes so bad and is so horrible for fitness and athletes that they vomit it back up. All kinds of partially digested meat and so forth, right there in the gym when they work out. Didn’t know this? Do a search for "Crossfit Puke Bucket" you’ll see it. They even wear T-shirts bragging about puking on it in crossfit, because the paleo diet tastes so bad. Imagine how much worse it tastes on the way back up. Robb Wolf recommending sausages and things. Great for sausage-lovers probably, but not real ironmen or mma fighters or real athletes.
Crossfit is pretty much like ladies’ pilates. MovNat is like having someone come over and do your housework, carrying out the trash, and mopping up the bathroom for you. In any case, the foods recommended by the gym teacher who peddled the Paleo Diet were found nutritionally deficient, and Paleo Diet foods have now been linked to colorectal cancer (cancer of the butt). This is why Paleo and Crossfit have become ridiculed as ‘so silly not even a caveman did it’. Referring to the fact that the Paleo Diet told to people in the books is NOT even what paleolithic man turned out to eat. For instance, on a real paleo diet, you’d have to eat maggots in your meat, afterall, paleo man scavenged putrifying meat. Also you can’t refrigerate your meat, on a paleo diet, then you’ll need to keep your meat outside, in the hot sun, because paleo man originated in Africa. So on Paleo you’ll need to eat luke warm rotted meat, brimming with botfy maggots in it. Oh, and you can’t drink treated disinfected water, cavemen didn’t have tapwater out of faucets, sorry. Nor bottled water. So if you’re on paleo you’ll have to drink out of some watering-hole where animals wash themselves.
Drinking feces ound delicious? If you think so, then Paleo is for you. Just don’t expect girls or the ladies to be around you because unlike vegetarians, men on a Paleo Diet it’s been shown to cause horrible B.O. stink and odor. Oh, and paleo man didn’t have a toothbrush. So ladies, if your boyfriend ot date is paleo, look forward to low stamina, offensive Body Odor smells, cavemen didn’t have showers, and getting close to a mouth full of bacteria because paleo man didn’t brush their teeth.
Vegetarians do not have this problem. And last longer, were scientifically measured in tests to have More Testosterone than meat eaters, smell better, comb their hair, and have higher stamina, and endurance. And better protectors. Afterall, vegetarians invented Martial Arts, BJJ, and the UFC.

Hello everyone
to get down to business.
I just tried today lipo6 black which is a fat burner
Goals: to reduce body fat.
I have achieved reduction in body fat from 28% to 20% in about 3-4months
performing weight training and some cardio
My question:
i have noticed that these fat burning pills accelerate my heart rate
i perform high intensity interval training for cardio
and during my run i ran on the treadmill 9.0 for 30 seconds and walk at 3.5 for 2 minutes, and repeat this for about 11 minutes.
as soon as my 9.0 running finished and i was walking to recover. my heart rate measured 191
im not going to lie i was quite scared.
but i did not feel like fainting.
after doing research my heart rate is projected to be at 199 max.
and targeted heart rate is between
150-169
should i run at slower speeds when performing my run? because it seems as though these pills
make my heart beat faster so in theory i could reach my targeted heart rate
not running as fast.
suggestions please and thank you.
ps. i realize 191 is dangerous. considering my max is 199.

Get rid of the fat burning pills. Some of them can be dangerous. For interval training 90 to 100 percent of maximum heart rate is acceptable. There are different target heart rates depending on what you are trying to do.

Monday. Long long day at work. Still I made it through and then went to work out with my friend Meg. It felt good to do some hard cardio and after running for a while on the treadmill I found that I actually miss it. I’m considering taking up running again if I can fit it in around the yoga.
Still, there are hard things to deal with at home. I am wading through them and trying to make the best of what I have at the moment. Every moment of my life is precious… even the sad ones have lessons to teach me. There is a depth of emotion that we should let ourselves feel completely. This is mine right now and I own it. I will let it be what it is until it can become something else. I find some peace in that.
