i am 20 years old, will be 21 in june, and i am due with my first child in 3 weeks. my doctor said she could be anywhere from 9-12 pounds at birth. i know that has something to do with my weight gain. my kidney’s arent prossessing well, and im retaining a lot of fluid. my legs and ankles are swolen, and the swelling never seems to go down. i started at 180lbs before i got pregnant, and am now up to 230. any idea how much i can expect to lose? and when i can expect to be down to my normal size again? i plan on doing lots of cardio as soon as i get clearance from my doctor to do so. also, does any one have any tips to take it off faster? thanks

Breastfeeding works. I breastfed for the first 2 weeks after having my son and lost 25 pounds just like that. Hope this helps!

Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan
CFPSA Fitness, Sport and Leisure Co-ordinator Caroline Charette leads Task Force Afghanistan personnel in the spinning portion of a fitness class at the newly-built Canadian gymnasium at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan.
The gymnasium offers weight and cardio training equipment, and the Canadian Forces Personnel Support Agency staff help to organize athletic clubs and events for Task Force Afghanistan personnel.
About 2500 members of the Canadian Forces (CF) are currently serving as part of Joint Task Force Afghanistan. Most of the soldiers are stationed at Kandahar Airfield and at Camp Nathan Smith, Canada’s Provincial reconstruction Team (PRT) in Kandahar City. Other personnel are assigned to various military headquarters, a support base, and civilian organizations.
They play a key role in the NATO-led International Security Assistance Force mission whose goal is to improve the security situation in Afghanistan and assist in rebuilding the country.

this helped me a lot. i went to walmart lol and they have dvds to help. i got one that is dancing with the stars, its great. you learn to dance some dances and its GREAT workout. i honestly have lost weight and gained muscle by doing that one. That and the workout pages in the “seventeen” magazines. they help too. check them out!

you need to wear good performance tennis shoes with arch support and ankle support…you might want to look into some with shock-absorbers…
